In return, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of the therapeutic staff and the centre's regulations and policies in order to achieve the best results.

Your responsibilities as a patient

Bring the required identification documents.

Follow the rules or regulations of the centre.

Follow the treatment plan as determined by the healthcare provider.

Direct any questions about any aspect of the provided healthcare.

Respect the rights and confidentiality of other patients and healthcare staff.

Interact with patients, visitors, and staff with respect and in a civilized manner.

Provide accurate information regarding personal data, medical history, or treatment received.

Bear the consequences in case of non-compliance with medical instructions, treatment plans, or recommendations.

Keep personal belongings during the treatment period.

Preserve the centre's belongings and refrain from damaging them.

Maintain appointments and inform the staff in case of inability to attend so that other patients can benefit from that time-slot.

Notify the staff of any special needs until the end of treatment and discharge from the centre.

Comply with payment for treatment or any fees for medical services and the facility.
Treatment period:
The program duration is typically 5 to 7 months, followed by a follow-up period in the outpatient clinic for 8 weeks to 3 months. This is determined based on the patient's diagnosis.
For complaints and suggestions:
If you are not satisfied with the medical examination, treatment received, professionalism of staff, or the level of safety at the healthcare facility, you have the right to submit a complaint to the centre by contacting the receptionist or using a designated form and submitting it to the receptionist or via email.
