  Request a certificate

Through this service, the client can request a “To Whom It May Concern Certificate” for purposes related to the client as requested.

:Process steps

  1. Log in via email.   ​

  2. Submit the application via Whatsapp or email.

  3. Receive the report by personally attending the centre and presenting a valid ID card.

Please note: the time required to obtain the certificate is 3 working days.
